How much we talk'en?There is a ONE-TIME install charge of $199. The service is $99 a month. Under normal circumstances (not in a disaster situation) we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If there is a disaster/situation that you need LTE service right away (that’s fine), please contact us to get you back up and running!
How long does it take to install, and WHAT do you do?"Install and procurement time varies from customer to customer. Under ideal situations, it's possible to install same day. Typically there is a 1 week turn around for new installs. We install a commercial grade, purpose built 4G LTE modem, which get’s you the best possible signal. Using your existing Network infrastructure (like a current router) we then configure it to be a backup Internet path. If you’re hazy to whether you have a current router, or need additional equipment we’ll be happy to help.
What the modem does and does not doThe LTE modem that PRIME Mobile installs is a commercial grade LTE modem. That translates to better and stronger single than consumer grade products.
Where are you located?We’re local to Sussex County New Jersey and service the surrounding area.
What's involved in the consultation phase of the solution?The LTE service must be tested locally to your business to make sure the best possible signal is available. There may also be other situations that would preclude a customer from using the solutions.
Since this is 4G LTE is there a limit to the amount of data I can use?The short answer is YES. No matter what anyone says “Unlimited” is not unlimited. To provide the best possible service for you PRIME Mobile has established partnerships with the major providers; to offset issues caused by conventional unlimited plans. Part of our value delivering this service to your company is the management and monitoring of the data you are using so there is no loss in service.
